You may not know this, but at the age of 24 I decided to leave Perth after I found out my boyfriend of six years had lost all his money gambling.
At that time I was in the middle of packing up our apartment because we were two weeks away from embarking on a 3-year-long travel adventure that we’d planned together.
The flights were booked. We had our visas…
… but it was not meant to be.
I remember feeling so upset and completely lost after he came home visibly shaking one day to tell me, that I walked out into the middle of Langley Park and cried my eyes out.
Staring blankly at the night sky and blinking through my tears, it was the first time in my life that I genuinely had no idea what to do.
I hadn’t envisioned life going any other way. I had no plan. It all seemed so BIG.
Despite being offered money by his parents, and having enough money saved myself to cover him, I ultimately I felt the pull to go alone and I decided to trust that and travel solo.
I was terrified and had no idea what I was doing, but I knew that I would figure it out.
There were A LOT of twists and turns along the way, BUT there were a few key steps that I took to help me figure out my next steps, and that’s what I want to share with you in this program.
My decisions took me around the world and have now led me back to you.
