Join us for a nourishing reset under an especially potent new moon, marking not only a moment of reflection and intention, but also the closing of the Year of the Snake, a time associated with shedding old skins and releasing what’s complete. Bring a yoga mat or towel to lie on and your favourite notebook, and join Breathwork Facilitator Casey for an evening of self-reflection, gentle connection, and a 30-minute soft breathwork and sound bowl experience designed to unwind the nervous system and create space for what’s next.

Weekend Reset + Ice Baths!

Join us for a guided morning experience combining community, breathwork, and stillness, with the option to participate in ice baths. The session begins with breathwork and grounding practices, followed by an optional, supported 1-minute ice bath challenge in the second half of the session. This experience is designed to help you practice regulating your state, build resilience, and connect in a supportive community setting.

 Event FAQs

  • No experience is necessary. You cannot do this wrong and I will speak into the science of what’s happening when you take in more oxygen, and blow off more CO2.

  • You won’t be breathing for the entire event but yes, it is possible. At our community events we guide 5-10 minutes of breathwork. A longer breathwork journey usually lasts around 1 hour. After the first 5-10 minutes your body will drop into it’s own rhythm. Remember, this is about tuning back in with our bodies natural intelligence.

  • Curiousity is the only prerequisite in this space. Trust yourself if you feel the pull.

  • It’s really normal to feel this way but coming along to an event is a great way to start your breathwork journey. The breathwork portion of any event is always done laying down with the eyes closed to help you stay in your own experience but if you’re unsure a 15 minute clarity call can help you decide.
