2026 officially kicks off with a SPLASH! Let us guide you through a morning of community, breathwork and stillness PLUS ICE BATHS ARE ON! That means you’ll have an opportunity to try our optional 1 minute ice bath challenge in the second half of the session.

 Event FAQs

  • No experience is necessary. You cannot do this wrong and I will speak into the science of what’s happening when you take in more oxygen, and blow off more CO2.

  • You won’t be breathing for the entire event but yes, it is possible. At our community events we guide 5-10 minutes of breathwork. A longer breathwork journey usually lasts around 1 hour. After the first 5-10 minutes your body will drop into it’s own rhythm. Remember, this is about tuning back in with our bodies natural intelligence.

  • Curiousity is the only prerequisite in this space. Trust yourself if you feel the pull.

  • It’s really normal to feel this way but coming along to an event is a great way to start your breathwork journey. The breathwork portion of any event is always done laying down with the eyes closed to help you stay in your own experience but if you’re unsure a 15 minute clarity call can help you decide.
