Breathwork wasn’t my plan—but it did change my life.

At the start of 2022, I had what looked like the a really great life: a “dream job,” a new apartment, everything I thought I wanted. But beneath the surface? Anxiety. Depression. A nervous system stuck in survival mode.

Lost and lacking clarity, I joined a Breathwork Practitioner training (conscious connected breathwork from the Holotropic lineage), not to start a business, but to feel human again. I wanted energy. Clarity. Something real. What I found changed everything.

The Breath Was Always There.

I first discovered breathwork in 2018 while I was assisting on a Yoga Teacher Training in Indonesia. It was powerful—but I wasn’t ready. Fast forward a few years, life had thrown me enough lessons to finally get it. During my training, every piece of my journey—travel, heartbreak, injury, self-doubt, the endless search for “more”—suddenly made sense.

Breathwork gave me back choice. The choice to regulate my nervous system instead of reacting. The choice to clear stress, shift my mindset, and finally feel free.
